Quick order, fresh greens

Ordered Leafy Greens and some Local Milk. Arrived on time. Greens were fresh, milk tasted good. No issues. Easy to use the site.

Good produce, easy delivery

I tried Good Eggs for the first time last week to get some Organic Produce and Pasture Raised Eggs. Delivery was smooth, they dropped it right at my door. The eggs were super fresh and the produce looked great, way better than what I usually get at my local store. I just wanted to try it out, and it worked out really well. I'd probably order again if I need some specific fresh stuff.

Consistent quality, as always

I've ordered from Good Eggs several times now, and they always deliver. This last order included their Grass Fed Beef and some Seasonal Fruit, and everything was just as fresh and high quality as my very first order. The beef cooked up beautifully, and the fruit was perfectly ripe. Their delivery is reliable too, usually within the stated window, though this time it took 5 days to reach Denver which was a little longer than usual. It's why I keep coming back for my groceries.

My new favorite! Fantastic!

I finally tried the Vegetarian Meal Kit and some Sourdough Loaves from Good Eggs, and it was absolutely fantastic! The meal kit was so easy to follow and the ingredients were incredibly fresh – seriously, I could taste the difference. And the sourdough? Oh my goodness, it was perfect with dinner! Everything arrived perfectly packaged, and the delivery was right on schedule. I'm definitely going to be making Good Eggs my go-to for groceries. Can't wait for my next order!

Hey, I'm thinking about trying Good Eggs. Are their delivery times pretty reliable? Like, if I pick a slot, does it actually show up then?

R Robert Carter 4 days ago
Yeah, in my experience they're super reliable. I've been using them for a few months now in Oakland and they always hit their window.

Mostly reliable, I'd say. I had one delivery a bit late but they credited my account, so it wasn't a huge deal. It's usually on time though.

Anyone know if I can stack a new customer discount with a referral code? I have a 'first order $50 off' thing but a friend gave me a referral link too.

T Thomas Gonzalez 1 week ago
Nah, I tried that once and it didn't work. They usually only let you use one promo at a time, especially for new users.

I think referral credits are separate from promo codes? Referral credit usually applies automatically to your next delivery, not necessarily the very first one if you're using a specific first-order code. So you'd get the $50 off your first, then the referral credit on the second.

I'm looking for a good meal kit service. How does Good Eggs compare to like, Blue Apron or HelloFresh? Is the food quality really that much better?

P Paul Hernandez 1 week ago
Good Eggs is definitely more 'fresh ingredients' focused, like you're buying from a really good farmers market and getting recipes. Blue Apron is more pre-portioned meal kit. Quality is way higher with Good Eggs, IMO.

It's different. Blue Apron is all about the specific meals. Good Eggs lets you pick groceries PLUS meal kits. The produce quality on Good Eggs is seriously next level compared to anything I've gotten from other services. It's not even close.

What's the deal with their returns? Had some bruised fruit from another service once and it was a nightmare to get a refund. Are they chill about stuff like that?

G Grace C. 1 month ago
Oh yeah, they're super chill. Just let them know through the app or website if something's off and they usually just credit you right away. No fuss.

Yeah, they're pretty good with that. Had a carton of eggs with a cracked one and they refunded it instantly. No pics or anything needed, just trusted me.

Is Good Eggs generally more expensive than just going to a regular grocery store or even Whole Foods? Trying to figure out if it's worth it.

S Stephanie 1 day ago
For some things, yeah, it can be a bit more, especially for certain specialty items. But the quality is also way better. For basics like milk and eggs, it's pretty comparable.

Depends what you buy. Their produce is top notch and local, so it can be pricier than your basic supermarket. But often, it's on par with or even cheaper than Whole Foods for similar quality organic stuff. Plus, the convenience is huge.
